Sat on one in John Lewis and it was bliss. Then as you do searched Amazon for the best deal got one from chemist-4-u(cheapest at the time) inside 48 hours and not been off it since vast improvement on the older models you can get this one to do both back and neck or each individually and stop at any one point for extra relief.

Bought this because I have Arthitis.Used it on arrival and got great relief with the massage and heat.

"I am troubled with back pain and have had nerve damage in my neck causing tense sore shoulders. I only got this chair last night and sat on it and could not believe how good it felt. Hit the exact spot on shoulders that get very tense.I have not been able to get anything to hit the exact spot. This does and feels amazing. It is a bit sore on bits but I put that down to just the tender spots caused by prolonged back pain. I have been for physio, chiropractors and nothing helps but I believe this chair could do the job. My partner bought if for my christmas but had got fed up with me moaning about pain that he gave me it early. Thank god he did. AMAZING!!!!"
